If I do the shop now, pay later option, do I still get my hair? Yes you do, for hair on hand there is a 2-3 business day processing period.

Can I pay without using my card such as zelle or cashapp? Yes, there is an option for zelle, apple pay and cashapp at checkout under “offline payments".

How can I purchase something that is not on your website? You can dm us on instagram @theelacevault or you can message us (978) 704-0757.

How can I add a thicker density not listed?Under “hair upgrades” click on 250% or 300% density be sure to read the description.

How can I get a large or small wig cap wig?Different wig cap options are under “hair upgrades”

Can I place a deposit to hold my hair? Yes. Deposits of a minimum of $50 are only towards hair on hand 

Hair Care Tips

To keep your wig units and bundles looking their best:

  • Prep Before Install: Always co-wash and deep condition the hair before installing. Use cold water to seal in moisture, wash in a downward motion to avoid tangling, and let the hair air dry for 24–72 hours.
  • Night Care: Sleep with a silk bonnet or scarf to reduce frizz and retain moisture. If you forget to wrap your hair, use a silk pillowcase as an alternative.
  • Heat Styling: For straight and body wave hair, avoid using heat over 450°F to prevent damage.
  • Curly Hair Maintenance: Curly textures need extra care. Detangle with a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush only. Always braid or twist the hair at night and cover it with a silk bonnet.
