Shipping policy

Processing time: 

For all online payments allow 1-3 business days for your payment to be processed. Payments will not be processed on weekends and holidays. You can skip the processing period by making a payment through Cash App ($trnikki1), Zelle (305-930-5222) or Apple Pay (305-930-5222). State your name in the notes of your payments once it is sent or message 978-704-0757 or DM @theelacevault once sent.

 Shipping: 

Hair on hand: All hair on hand is ready to be shipped, delivered, and picked up. Shipping in the US is 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Hair on hand orders placed before 12 pm Monday-Friday can be shipped the same day. 

Pre-orders: Ready to ship preorders are available and take 2-3 business to arrive to me and 1-3 business days to be shipped outside of Miami/Broward and must be paid with an offline payment. If your order is not ready to ship then please order at least 2 weeks ahead of time. Please keep in mind that all pre-orders need to be customized by our factory so shipping will take about 7-15 business days not including holidays or weekends 

We use USPS for shipping. Please note that any delays or missing packages are out of our control once your package is sent to the carrier. For any delays or lost/missing packages, don't hesitate to contact the carrier.
