Processing times + Shipping

Please understand that the processing time does not include the shipping time.

ONLINE PAYMENTS:

For online payments using a card or shopify pay installments, please allow 1-3 business days for your payment to be processed. Payments will not be processed on holidays nor weekends.

For afterpay, please allow about 3-5 business days for processing.

OFFLINE PAYMENTS:

For offline payments which includes apple pay, cashapp or zelle, there is NO processing time period. It is highly recommended to pay with an offline payment to avoid delays.

All offline payments must be sent within 20 minutes after placing your order. Your order # and first name must be left on the note section. Instructions on where to send your payments are listed on the checkout page.

SHIPPING CARRIER:

We use USPS for shipping. Please note that any delays or missing packages are out of our control once your package is sent to the carrier. For any delays or lost/missing packages, please contact the carrier immediately.

HAIR ON HAND:

For hair on hand shipping is 2-4 business days excluding weekends & holidays. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm ET are shipped out same day

Hair on hand can also be picked up and dropped off after your payment has been processed. It is recommended for offline payments to be used to avoid the processing period

PRE-ORDERS:

Ready to ship preorders take 2-3 business days to arrive to customers in the Miami/broward area and 5-7 business days to be shipped outside of Miami/Broward and must be paid with an offline payment to avoid delays please reach out first to make sure your hair is still ready to be shipped.

For customized pre-orders, shipping will take around 2 weeks excluding the processing time. It is important to message us first to be sure your hair can arrive on time. Once your order has been placed there are no refunds.
